HELP US SAVE ANOTHER LIFE.

Heart of the Game, Inc. uses your generous contributions to pay for the cost of donating AEDs to qualified athletic associations or facilities, as well as proper training and equipment maintenance, to those organizations that would other not be able or willing to afford the life saving devices.

Depending on the sponsorship level, your contribution may be 100% tax-deductible.

Individual Contributions can be made online using this form. All payments are processed through PayPal, so they are 100% secure.

Upon receipt of your contribution, we will email and/or mail you a receipt for tax purposes.
